If you are planning a free promo via KDP Select or your book is “perma-free” on Amazon, we want to know about it! Simply use our Free Book Notification Form to let us know about your free title and we will consider listing it on our site. There is NO COST to you if you contact us and we choose to post your free book. We accept all genres except erotica.

It is recommended that you contact us a week or more in advance of when you have planned your KDP Select free days. We receive thousands of free book notices a month and it takes a while to go through them all.

**Please note: Due to the volume of free book notices we receive, we cannot respond to let you know if your book has been chosen to appear on the site. It is recommended that you visit Bargain eBook Hunter on the day(s) you are scheduled free to see if your book has been posted.

With our Guaranteed Free program you can guarantee that your FREE book will be included in our listings for the day you choose. We receive thousands of free book notifications a month and unfortunately we cannot list them all. Most book sites are in the same boat. This can be very stressful when you’re planning a KDP Select free promotion. Our Guaranteed Free program takes a little bit of that pressure off you. Many authors have asked for this and have been very happy with their results. Your FREE title will be included in one of our daily Book Blocks that are posted on our site and also shared with our thousands of Facebook fans and Twitter followers, as well as our email subscribers.

The price for our Guaranteed Free Placement is $10.00 per title. Our form allows up to 3 separate title placements to be purchased at a single time.

• We reserve the right to reject any title for our services if we feel the quality or subject matter is not appropriate for our audience. If you book is rejected, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price within 48 hours of your rejection notification. We accept all genres except erotica.
• If your book is NOT free on the day it is scheduled to run, it will not be posted on the site and a refund will not be provided. It is your responsibility to make sure your title is free on the day you have requested it to run.
• Due to increased Guaranteed Free purchases, Bargain eBook Hunter now requires at least THREE calendar days notice prior to your requested date in order to successfully process your order. For example, if you want your title to run on February 5th, we need to have your form 3 days before that.
• Your title must not have previously run on Bargain eBook Hunter within the last 30 days. You can quickly check this by typing in your ASIN into the Search bar.
• If you are scheduling multiple  sponsorships for the same title, please space them at least 30 days apart from each other.  We require 30 calendar days to pass before your title can be run again (regardless if it was free or bargain), so please keep this in mind when scheduling multiple sponsorships.

As always, there are a few groundrules…

• Your book must be priced between $0.99 and $5.00 on the day it is scheduled to run. If your title’s price does not fall within this range, it will not run and a refund will not be provided (this includes it being free the day of your bargain sponsorship).
• Your book must be at least 100 pages long to qualify for a bargain sponsorship. Short stories are not accepted.
• Please allow THREE calendar days notice prior to your requested date so we have time to successfully process your order. For example, if you want your title to run on February 5th, we need to have your form 3 days before that.
• Your title should have at least a 4.0 star average rating on Amazon. While this is not a hard and fast rule, books with 4.0 or higher ratings do considerably better. We understand some books are so new that they have not received any reviews yet, and we will take that under consideration if this is the situation you find yourself in. We reserve the right to reject any title if we feel the quality or subject matter is not suitable for our audience.
• Your title must not have previously run on Bargain eBook Hunter within the last 30 days. You can quickly check this by typing in your ASIN into the Search bar.
• If you are scheduling multiple  sponsorships for the same title, please space them at least 30 days apart from each other.  We require 30 calendar days to pass before your title can be run again (regardless if it was free or bargain), so please keep this in mind when scheduling multiple sponsorships.
• We accept all genres except erotica and politically-charged books (books that lean heavily in one direction or the other tend to get people fired up and I take the heat…not fun).
