Missing Us in Your Facebook Feed?

We have a solution to that!

Here is Bargain eBook Hunter’s Facebook Fix to make sure that you see what you want to see on Facebook and never miss an important status or update again!

This solution requires a little bit of time to set up, but it’s worth it. You will be able to control what you see on your Facebook Wall (news feed) and your favorite people and blogs will no longer be invisible.

The solution to being able to get rid of all the junk people posts that you don’t want to see but make sure you don’t miss anything important is to create Facebook Lists.
Think of these lists as an easy way to organize everyone according to your real-life connections. So you can have lists with all different kinds of categories like:
• Family
• Close Friends
• Acquaintances
• Favorite Blogs
• etc.
This allows you to easily stay in touch with the people in your real life ~ on your terms! For instance, your “Close Friends” list is one that you’ll read every day whereas you might read posts under “Acquaintances” once a week/month.

Step 1: Create a Facebook List

Creating your own lists on Facebook is really easy. For this example, I’m creating a list called “Favorites” and it’s basically all of my favorite people and Facebook pages that I like to read every day.

  • 1. Start on your News Feed Wall (which is not your profile, but your wall where you read the status updates from your friends/family).
  • 2. On that page, a little below your photo, you will now see LISTS. Or it might be labeled FRIENDS, like how it is in mine:
  • 3. If you hover your mouse over LISTS then you will see MORE, click MORE.
  • 4. Use one of the default lists Facebook gives you or to create your own, click the “Create List” button on the top right.
  • 5. Name your list. Choose any name or phrase you like. For this example, I chose to create a list called “Favorites.” I will use this list to add any favorite people or Facebook pages I want to make sure I read every day. This way, I won’t miss or ignore anyone or anything important in my life.
  • 6. Once you’ve named your list, click the Create button. Your new list will appear on the left.
  • Step 2: Edit Your List

  • 7. Now we finally get to have some fun! Click your new list and then click Add Friends to choose your friends, family, or Facebook pages to add into this specific list. There’s no limit on how many lists you can create.
  • 8. The next pop up screen will default to your “FRIENDS” but if you want to add Bargain eBook Hunter to any of your lists (hint, hint), you’ll need to change the little box on the upper left to “PAGES.” If you only have a few pages that you have liked, then you might see it immediately. However, if you follow hundreds… just type “Bargain eBook Hunter” into the search box and it will pop right up! Click the image and a check mark will show up by their name to show you have selected them to add to your list. Click as many friends and pages and you want on your list and then click Finish.
  • Step 3: Move Your New List

Now that you have made your list of the blogs, family, and friends status updates that you want to read daily, the last step is to make sure that you don’t forget to actually CLICK ON YOUR LIST to read it! (LOL) You may be laughing at me, but I’ve forgotten to do this before.

I promise it’s so easy and you’ll be glad you did this last little step!

  • 1. Click on the little blue pen icon on the left of your LIST NAME.
  • 2. Click on “Add to Favorites” and voila!
  • BEFORE
    AFTER

Your list will pop right up to the top of your sidebar right underneath your picture.

Now you’ll have complete control over what you see on your wall and you’ll never miss an important announcement from a friend or family member or any free book notices from Bargain eBook Hunter.

That’s it! I really want to thank all of you for being so supportive of Bargain eBook Hunter and I hope this has helped to make Facebook more fun and easier for you to connect with the important people in your life.
