Mountain Man’s Darlin’ by Haley Travis

I’ve spent years alone in the woods.
Apparently, a better place to meet the woman of my dreams is in a dress store.
One glimpse of the beautiful, curvy young woman trying on a green dress sent a wave of lust surging through my veins. I had to buy it and ask her out immediately. I’m known for hiding in my house in the back woods, not dating. And never making over the top gestures like that.
Hanna is different from anyone I’ve ever met. Her perfect lips, her sweet laugh, the way she feels in my arms… she’s everything I hadn’t dared to wish for.
Yet my sweet darlin’ has trouble standing up for herself. She has to tiptoe around her nasty aunt who is also her boss and landlord. Her parents don’t seem to care. She’s all alone in the world.
Not anymore. It’s now my mission to care for Hanna. Sure, it’s too fast. And this possessive side of myself is a surprise to both of us. All that matters is our heat. This passion that burns between us every time my hands wrap around those perfect round hips. Every time her fingers grip the back of my hair when we kiss.
I’ll prove that we belong together, no matter what anyone says, or does, to keep us apart.
Hanna belongs to me now. And I won’t let anyone come between me and my darlin’.
