Mountain Man’s Sugar by Haley Travis

Apparently women are supposed to decide between a man or a bear in the woods.
When I find a gorgeous woman in the forest, I hope she chooses me.

Having Wolfe as a last name is dramatic enough. My nickname is Bear. Which complements my grouchy persona, and the way I keep to myself in the woods, avoiding strangers.

Until I meet Joy.

She’s the sugar in the black coffee of my life.

A beautiful, thoughtful ray of light… who triggers deep desires that I thought had been hibernating. One touch of her radiant skin and I’m hypnotized. One brush of her lips and I’m fantasizing about moving her in with me immediately.

She seems to understand how prickly I get in crowds, and how I hate being analyzed because of my family.

Yet I will step into a million spotlights if that’s what it takes to make her happy, keep her safe, and improve her life.

No matter what I was like in the past, I will do anything for my sexy-sweet sugar.
