The Vampire’s Curse: at Blackthorn Manor (Vampire at Blackthorn Manor) by Jade Christy

A haunted manor. A deadly secret. A love written in blood.
When criminal attorney Charlotte Marlow inherits Blackthorn Manor in Salem, she expects a smooth transition—not a house filled with ghosts, magic, and a dangerously alluring vampire. But beneath the estate lurks something far worse—an ancient evil, bound for centuries, that powerful forces are desperate to unleash.
As Charlotte unravels the secrets of the manor, she discovers her own blood holds a power that could tip the balance between salvation and destruction. With witches, vampires, and dark sorcery closing in, she must decide who to trust—especially Adrian de Lanier, the enigmatic aristocratic vampire who tempts her with passion as much as peril.
Some legacies are written in blood. Some love stories are destined to end in darkness. And some secrets should never be uncovered…
